2. Your Name (Full name with Family name and name of your father and mother.
3. Date of Birth
4. Place of Birth (city, state, country and any nearby bigger city for easy location)
5. Time of Birth (As exact as you can ascertain; check your birth certificate, ask your parents)
6. Your Sex (Male/Female)
7. A brief family background and a few events in life like Date of Marriage, first job joining date.
8. Information of payment made for consultation.
Birth Chart Package
Consultation fee charged is refundable within 24 hours of making a payment. After the first 24 hours of sumission of details, no refund is made.
The report and your birth chart shall be sent across to you by your email as a pdf attachment. You may print it locally. In certain cases printed copies can be sent by courier on extra cost.
